The Group has established various projects in the field of restaurants and malls such as:
Jazan Downtown
An entertainment project of the largest of its kind in the southern region. It is built on the basis of high architectural standards to be a civilized interface for the region. Built on an area of more than 47,000 square meters, it has a variety of activities with facades overlooking the Corniche Road and sea façades, with office spaces with enchanting views of the Corniche. It also features a 700-meter-long walkway on the sea.
Other Projects
- Region Mall: A commercial complex in the heart of Abu Arish, designed with unique standards to include diverse stores of the most famous brands of jewelery, clothing, restaurants and others, serving the business and in line with the expansion in the region.
- Commercial complexes containing more than (900) shops, including specialized complexes in fashion and gold, jewelry and accessories, as well as contain all services from mosques, restaurants and parking.
- The city of the fairgrounds in Abu-Rish includes all the car showrooms in the city for new and used cars.
